The lawyers

Three lawyers, every file

We meet each week to go through every open case together, so whichever of us answers the phone knows yours.

  • Arturo Quintana, a smiling man with dark hair in a light blue suit and plaid tie, against a grey backdrop

    Arturo Quintana

    Founding partner

I handle car and truck crash cases. I grew up in Chimayó and have practiced injury law in northern New Mexico for most of my career, much of it in the courtrooms a short walk from our door.

  • Yvette Pemberton, a smiling woman with curly hair and glasses in a blue dress, seated in a black chair by frosted glass

I handle wrongful death claims and cases for people hurt on property an owner should have made safe. Before joining Arturo, I spent several years defending property owners and their insurers, so I know how they decide whether to settle.

  • Rohan Sidhu, a bearded man in a dark suit and patterned tie, arms crossed, against a white wall

    Rohan Sidhu

    Associate

I work on our truck crash cases with Arturo, and on the records behind every case in the office: driver logs, electronic logging data, maintenance files and road design plans.

Three lawyers in one Santa Fe office

Each case has one lead lawyer, the one you meet first. The lead lawyer makes the decisions with you and is the one you call.

The other two read the file and help where they're strongest: Arturo at the scene, Yvette with the family and the witnesses, Rohan with the records. You won't be billed for it; our fee is the same whoever works on the case.
