Cases we take

Car crashes on Santa Fe roads

Most of our clients were hurt by a driver who looked away for a second. The claim that follows takes much longer.

We handle collisions on city streets, county roads and the interstate: rear-end crashes, left turns across traffic, hit-and-runs, and crashes with drivers who carry too little insurance or none.

We start with the scene and the policies. Whose insurance pays, in what order, and how much is really there decides what your case can recover, so we find out before anyone talks numbers.

What we do

What happens on a car crash case

In the order it usually goes.

  • 01

    We look at the scene

We visit the crash site, photograph sight lines and signals, and ask nearby shops for camera footage before it's erased.

  • 02

    We find every policy

The other driver's, any employer's, and your own uninsured and underinsured coverage.

  • 03

    We gather your records

Medical bills, treatment notes and missed-work letters, so nothing is left to memory.

  • 04

    We deal with the insurers

Adjusters call us, not you. We tell you every offer, and you decide what to accept.

Questions

Car crash questions

Should I give the other driver's insurer a recorded statement?

Not before you talk to a lawyer. You don't have to, and what you say early, while you're still in pain, can be used to shrink the claim.

The other driver had no insurance. Is there a claim?

Often there is, through your own uninsured motorist coverage. We read your policy with you at the first meeting.

My car is still at the tow yard. What do I do?

Take photos of it before it's repaired or sold, and keep the tow and storage receipts. We can help arrange the property damage claim.
